The Street Brawler T3/T4 Turbo kit was developed exclusively for the Toyota 3SGTE Engine (will fit MR2 and Celica All-trac), to provide near to stock turbo spool, while allowing 300+ rear wheel horsepower to be achieved at 20PSI or less. (with supporting modifications) The kit includes a manifold adapter, which is CNC machined from a solid steel billet and bolts to the stock manifold to retain OEM reliability. The other components include a full 3" mandrel bend down pipe with integrated 1.75" diameter wastegate dump tube, with it's own flex section, a Tial 38mm external wastegate,and all lines, gaskets, and mounting hardware needed to install the kit. The TKO Exhaust System is the premier exhaust for MR2 Turbos, with the highest published dyno gains of any exhaust on an otherwise stock MR2 Turbo. The exhaust features 3/8" laser-cut flanges for good sealing, 2.5" diameter (63.5mm) mandrel bent 16 gage piping, MIG welded construction, and high temperature paint. The Exhaust utilizes dual 6" (louder), 7" (quieter), or 4" (you may want earplugs with this exhaust) diameter round stainless Magnaflow Mufflers and 4" rolled edge stainless angle cut tips. The exhaust has a deep tone that is actually quieter than the Greddy Power Extreme (TM) with the 7" mufflers, while having an aggressive sporty sound when you are done fooling around. The KO Racing downpipe for MR2's is a must have item for owners with ct26's or ct20b's, and are interested in top performance. The downpipe features 3/8" laser-cut flanges for good sealing, 2.5" diameter (63.5mm) mandrel bent 16 gage piping, MIG welded construction, wastegate exhaust vent that allows full actuation of the wastegate, 2000 degree ceramic thermal barrier coating for corrosion resistance and thermal insulation from Finishline Coatings.

The KO Racing downpipe allows the use of the factory oxygen sensor and an extra O2 sensor port for putting a wide band O2 sensor into your exhaust for dyno tuning your fuel curve. The bung is for standard screw in type O2 sensors (M18x1.5), not the bolt on toyota type, and includes a plug. The downpipe is provided with new stainless hardware for the 3 bolt flange at the b-pipe connection, and new stainless studs for the (toyota) oxygen sensor port. The use of 2.5" pipe and large radius bends eliminates the losses in flow seen in larger pipe. This results in a quicker spoolup on your turbocharger and more power.

KO Racing recommends the use of a dead soft aluminum or copper reuseable gasket for the 3 bolt flange connection (like Percy's -- you need the 3" gasket).

*Note: this is not an emissions legal part. Use of the stock b-pipe may cause fitment issues between the exit of the downpipe, and the b-pipe flange.

KO Racing Intake

This intake will allow full air flow into the Street Brawler turbo kit using a 9" long cone air filter, mandrel bent 3" tube and 45 degree silicone hose with clamps. For use when converting from Mass Air to Speed Density. Select from 1, 2, or 3 ports welded into the intake. The intake pictured at left has all 3 auxiliary ports. The pipe is 304SS and fully polished.

Shipping on the Air Intake is $20 to the lower 48 states.

Downpipe Support Bracket

$22 each

This bracket will help eliminate failure of downpipes due to cracking. By eliminating the motion of the end of the downpipe, the stress is transferred to the engine block rather than the welds of the downpipe. The bracket is laser cut from 1/8" thick (0.125") steel and is then bent and coated.

*Note: There is no need to order this part if you purchase a KO Racing downpipe, it is included with your purchase.

KO Racing EGR Block Off Plates



These plates allow the removal of the EGR system from the 3sgte in MR2 and All-trac applications. These plates are made from 1/4" aluminum and include the plates, gaskets, and necessary hardware to install them.
