AN Hard Line Adapter Install

Without Flex Fuel Sensor Provision

A fuel line kit for use with the factory filter, and an aftermarket adjustable fuel pressure regulator. Out kit is designed to mount the regulator near the factory engine bay fuse box:

Mounting Option Through-Rail:
• Regulator located near the factory rear fuse box
• Fuel flows from filter, to rail, then from rail to regulator, then to return hardline on firewall.
• One side port on regulator is blocked off with a plug.

These line kits have been successfully used by KO Racing on vehicles making in excess of 550whp (with race fuel or 425whp on an ethanol blend) when combined with the appropriate injectors and top feed fuel rail -- not configured or recommended for use with a stock fuel rail.

Options include fitting colors, and braided hose type. All fittings and lines are AN/JIC style utilizing a 37 degree flare for sealing.

Note: Not all fittings are available in all colors, where necessary, available fittings will be selected to best match the fitting style requested.

Note: When ordering PTFE E85 Compatible hose that PTFE hose ends are black by default regardless of color choice. Please contact us if you want a different color hose end other than black with your PTFE hose kit.
